Some time ago i thought about better upgrades. In homm3 the upgrades arent that important, you can live without them. So i thought about making much better upgrades. Every upgrade of buildings could cost 100.000 gold, and from every unit you could make lvl 8 Boss. This can make game very interesting at the end of it. I know this can cost us much of work, but if we can do this, i think the game can be better even than WoG! But if we want to do this, we need a programmer and lots of animations for every unit. An example: i have 100 skeletons and 100.000 gold. I buy upgrade for them and change the 100 skeletons to one Guardian of the Shadow. My sketch for upgraded skeleton(sorry for Dollars):

If you agree ill do sketch for every creature upgrade and do it ingame. I know thats a lot of work, but that are my aspirations for the project.
Please tell me what do you think, i cant do any upgrades untill your decission.

i think it would very complicate the game but maybe we can make 3 lvl form

Not much complicated. We only need to make buildings more expensive, and make upgrades decreasing numbers. Thats all for programmer.
@Edit. Oh you mean complicate the game? Cant you defeat anyone with unapgraded creatures? And we can delete first forms, to use upgraded as firsts.

No, that would be silly to buy weak upgrade and lock boss upgrade.

No, no, no and NO!

Don't use the upgrade as firsts. Then we could rather make alternative upgrades. Not creatures like in HoTA, alternative upgrades.

I think the idea is pretty good. But .. They shouldn't be recruitable. Only with grail.

It can, but the idea was to create spider, who has all his parts from cementary. And he has. I can make another one if you dont like it.
Ofcourse in game itll look different, probably more zombie like.

What about 3 forms of a buuilding? 1 - norma, 2 - normal upgrade, 3 - super upgrade for 100 000? Of course you can ecruit units from stage 1 and 2, to reach stage 3 you need about 100 of these creatures or 50 upgraded, 50 000 gold and stage 3 building. What you think about it?

Your idea is good, but too Hard. But look earlier at grail idea. That is good IMO.
